- Where does Evolvio work?
- Evolvio is a Chrome extension. It works alongside Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams running in the Chrome browser. No bot joins your call.
- How do I sign in?
- Sign in with your Google account, in the extension and on this website. Use the same Google account each time so your meetings and readouts stay together.
- What audio does Evolvio use?
- By default, only your own speech from the microphone you choose. Before coaching starts you can opt in to “Everyone’s audio”, which also uses what others say as context for coaching you. It is off by default, never switches on by itself, and your choice is locked for that meeting. If you use it, let the other people on the call know.
- How do I delete my data or my account?
- Email support@evolvio.co from the address you sign in with, and say whether you want one meeting or your whole account deleted. When an account is deleted, its record and meeting data are deleted.
- The extension isn't coaching me. What should I check?
- Make sure you're signed in to the extension, that Chrome has permission to use your microphone, and that the right microphone is selected. If it still doesn't work, email us with your browser, the meeting app you were using, and roughly when it happened.
